Karnataka HC Stays Govt Order Dropping Criminal Prosecution in 61 Cases Against Elected Representativ - (21 Dec 2020)

Karnataka High Court has stayed the government order dated 31st August, 2020 by which it had decided to drop criminal prosecution in 61 cases against elected Representatives and Ministers.
