Karnataka HC Directs Paralegal Volunteers to Verify Condition of Bengaluru Roads - (21 Dec 2020)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has directed the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority in coordination with Secretary of Bengaluru Urban district legal services authority to create a panel of para-legal volunteers and advocates who are willing to verify the claim of the corporation that the roads and footpaths are in reasonable conditions and pothole free.
