Orissa HC: Right to Progeny and Termination is A Fundamental Right Under Article 21 - (21 Dec 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Orissa High Court has held that right to progeny and termination thereof is a fundamental right enshrined under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949, while allowing a rape victim to terminate 20-week old pregnancy.
