Kerala High Court Rejects Couple's Plea to Abort 35 Weeks - (18 Dec 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Kerala High Court has rejected a plea filed by a married couple seeking permission for carrying out medical termination of pregnancy at a gestational age of 35 weeks. The Court observed that "the stage at which permission can be granted has crossed the limits".
