AAR, Tamil Nadu: Waste Collection Services Not Exempt from GST - (18 Dec 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Tamil Nadu has ruled that the waste collection, segregation, treatment, transportation and disposal services under the Service Agreements are not exempted from Goods and Service Tax.
