Gujarat HC Issues Notice on Law Student’s Plea Whose Enrolment Application Has Been Pending - (17 Dec 2020)

Gujarat High Court has issued notice on a petition filed by a law graduate, whose application for enrolment with the Bar Council of Gujarat has been kept pending for over a year, thereby depriving her from the opportunity of appearing in the All India Bar Examination.
