SC Asks AG on Stay on Implementation of Farm Laws During Hearing of Petitions - (17 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has asked the Attorney General for India if the Union Government can give a commitment that the contentious farm laws will not be implemented while the Court is hearing the petitions seeking removal of farmers protests.
