Karnataka HC Allows Amnesty International to Withdraw from Bank Accounts Rejecting ED's Objection - (17 Dec 2020)

Karnataka High Court has partly allowed the petition filed by international human rights body, Amnesty International's India offices (M/s Indians for Amnesty International Trust), challenging the communication issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to banks directing them to freeze the accounts held by trust.
