SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Setting Aside of Order Holding Conversion Solely for Marriage Invalid - (17 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has dismissed a plea seeking setting aside of an Order passed by Allahabad High Court which held that conversion solely for the purpose of marriage are not valid in the eyes of Law.
