Bombay High Court: Proposed Hike in Advertisement Licence Fees is Not Arbitrary - (28 Jan 2016)

Bombay High Court has observed that taking into consideration general annual rise in cost of living and increased annual burden on municipal exchequer, the proposed increase in the advertisement licence fees levied by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation was moderate.
