Calcutta HC Orders District Magistrate to Act as Impartial Authority and Steer from Political Motivat - (16 Dec 2020)

Calcutta High Court has ordered the District Magistrate of Cooch Behar District in West Bengal, to act as an impartial authority and to steer away from any sort of arbitrariness that might stem from his own political motivations.
