J&K HC Orders Direct Money Transfer to Land Sellers to Cut Out Middle Man - (16 Dec 2020)

LAND ACQUISITION

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered “immediate and direct” transfer of money into the accounts of land owners to ensure compensation for land acquired by the state for infrastructural facilities is not swindled away by middlemen.
