SC: Disputes to be Adjudicated by DRT are Non-Arbitrable - (15 Dec 2020)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has observed that the disputes which are to be adjudicated by the Debt Recovery Tribunal [DRT] under the Recovery of Debts [and Bankruptcy] Act, 1993 are non-arbitrable.
