Allahabad HC Expresses Concern Over Re-Opening of Schools in UP - (15 Dec 2020)

Allahabad High Court has expressed concern over re-opening of schools in the State of Uttar Pradesh amid the ongoing pandemic. The Court has observed that there is a risk of teachers and/ or students being infected if the health protocols are not followed properly.
