Karnataka HC Dismisses Pleas to Stop Non-Hindus from Working in Offices - (15 Dec 2020)

Karnataka High Court has dismissed writ petitions which sought for directions that non-Hindus should not be permitted to work in the office of Commissioners under the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997.
