Rajasthan HC: Even If Child Is Born Prior to Joining Service, Maternity Leave to be Allowed - (14 Dec 2020)

Rajasthan High Court has held that petitioner (a female government servant) is entitled to grant of maternity leave, irrespective of the fact that she had given birth to the child prior to her joining Government service.
