ITAT, Bangalore Stays Recovery of Outstanding Tax Arrears Against Google India - (14 Dec 2020)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has stayed the recovery of outstanding tax arrears to the tune of Rs.1260.56 Crores against Google India.
