Bombay HC Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Engineering Student Accused of Sexual Assault on Minors - (14 Dec 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has granted pre-arrest bail to a 19-year-old engineering student accused of aggravated penetrative sexual assault on two minors and bail to three co-accused, including two collegians aged 20 and 19.
