SC Allows Ashok Arora to Argue in Person Plea Against His Suspension as SCBA Secretary - (10 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has adjourned the special leave petition filed by former Secretary of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Ashok Arora against the Delhi High Court order wherein his plea seeking a stay on his suspension from SCBA was rejected.
