Karnataka HC Issue Directions for Implementation of Provisions to Prohibit Manual Scavenging - (10 Dec 2020)

Karnataka High Court has issued several directions to the state government to ensure proper implementation of the provisions of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013.
