Allahabad HC: Claimant Entitled to Compensation for Loss of Earnings - (09 Dec 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Allahabad High Court has held that a claimant widow, who is deprived of full pension of her husband because he died in a motor accident, is entitled to compensation under the head of loss of earnings.
