Delhi HC Restrains Publishers from Creating Audio Books from Novels of Anil Mohan - (07 Dec 2020)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has restrained publishers from creating audio books from Anil Mohan Bhardwaj novels in which he claimed that he has subsisting valid copyright and books were being published without his written consent.
