Delhi HC Directs RBI to Reconsider Jindal Steel and Power Ltd Application - (07 Dec 2020)

Delhi High Court has remanded to the Reserve Bank of India, an application by Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) to transmit $300 million to its wholly owned subsidiary Jindal Steel and Power (Mauritius) Ltd (JSPML).
