Madras High Court Restrains TV Channels from Telecasting Vulgar Advertisements - (04 Dec 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Madras High Court has issued an interim order against the telecast of obscene and vulgar programmes and Advertisements on TV Channels, observing that interest of justice requires to issue a direction to safeguard the children and women.
