The Government introduced a Bill in the Lok Sabha to further amend the High Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1954 and the Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1958. The Bill aims to bring existing legislation up to date and makes changes to allowances available to judges.
