Delhi HC: HIV Patient Can’t be Convicted for Attempt to Murder for Non-Consensual Intercourse - (04 Dec 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has ruled that an HIV positive patient can't be convicted for an offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (attempt to murder), if he had sexual intercourse without woman's consent.
