Madras HC Dismisses Plea Alleging Religious Conversion Under Influence - (03 Dec 2020)

Madras High Court has dismissed a Habeas Corpus Plea filed by the mother alleging religious conversion of her daughter under influence of Sahul Hameed after noting that the detenue was converted to islam on her own.
