Supreme Court Denies Anticipatory Bail to Sexual Harassment Accused - (02 Dec 2020)

Supreme Court has denied the plea for anticipatory bail to an accused in a case of eve-teasing, where First Information Report under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 had come to be registered.
