Bombay HC Questions Maharashtra Police Over FIR Against Sunaina Holey for Anti-Govt Tweet - (02 Dec 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has while hearing a matter relating to tweets against Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray questioned the Maharashtra government if action will be taken against Sunaina Holey who said something objectionable on Twitter.
