CESTAT: CENVAT Credit Can’t be Denied on Sales Commission - (02 Dec 2020)

EXCISE

Customs, Excises, and Service Taxes Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) has held that the CENVAT Credit cannot be denied on sales commission as it falls under the definition of “input service.”
