Jammu & Kashmir High Court Refuses to Stay Investigation Against Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat - (27 Nov 2020)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has refused to interfere in an ongoing investigation in relation to a First Information Report registered against Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat by Jammu and Kashmir police for her tweet on Navratri/Navratras.
