Gauhati High Court Seeks State Government Stand on Public Hoardings - (27 Jan 2016)

Gauhati HC has issued notices to Assam Government, state’s public works department, Guwahati municipal corporation, Guwahati metropolitan development authority, NHAI to file affidavits on their stand on the installation of hoardings and banners in public places across the state.
