Delhi Court Allows Safoora Zargar to Visit Maternal Home for 2 Months for Care of Her Child - (26 Nov 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi Court has allowed Safoora Zargar, booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 in a north east Delhi riots case, to visit her maternal home for two months for proper nursing of her child, post partum care and customs.
