Karnataka High Court Extends Interim Relief to PG Doctors - (26 Nov 2020)

Karnataka High Court has extended the interim relief till 30th November, 2020 directing state government not to insist the 281 PG Doctors to join their respective places for purpose of carrying out compulsory Urban service in terms of section 4 of the Karnataka Compulsory Training Service By Candidates Completed Medical Courses Act 2012(KCS Act).
