Allahabad HC Calls Upon Transport Commissioner in Plea for Compliance of Motor Vehicles Act - (25 Nov 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Allahabad High Court has called upon the Transport Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh to respond on the issue with regard to compliance of the mandatory provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
