SC Dismisses Ex-BSF Jawan's Plea Challenging PM Narendra Modi's Election from Varanasi - (24 Nov 2020)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has dismissed the petition filed by Ex- BSF Jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav's petition challenging the election of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi constituency in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
