Delhi HC Directs Telegram to Disable Channels Providing Copyrighted Study Material - (24 Nov 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has passed an ad interim order against Telegram Mobile Internet application directing them to take down/disable the channels providing Allen Career Institute's copyrighted study material/lectures in breach of Plaintiff's copyright.
