Allahabad HC: Right to Live With Person Irrespective of Religion Intrinsic to Right to Life - (24 Nov 2020)

CONSTITUTION

Allahabad High Court has observed that "Right to live with a person of his/her choice irrespective of religion professed by them, is intrinsic to right to life and personal liberty."
