Karnataka High Court Quashes NLSIU Order Failing HC Judge's Son for Alleged Plagiarism - (23 Nov 2020)

Karnataka High Court has set aside an order passed by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), denying a law student admission to the fourth year B.A LL.B (HONS), on account of him failing in a subject.
