Madras HC Permits Private Educational Institutions to Collect Balance 35% Tuition Fee - (20 Nov 2020)

EDUCATION

Madras High Court has permitted private educational institutions to collect 35% of the balance tuition fee for the academic year 2019-2020, taking note of the scant possibility of reopening of schools for physical classes during this academic year.
