SC Restores Petition Challenging Farm Laws Enacted by Parliament - (19 Nov 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has restored for admission the petition which challenges the three farm laws that have been enacted by the Parliament recently and have attracted intense opposition from several farmers' groups across the country.
