Kerala HC Directs EC to Get Declaration from Candidates About Support from Coalition - (19 Nov 2020)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has directed the Election Commission (EC) to obtain a written declaration from candidates about the support from a coalition in order to avoid ambiguities about the application of anti-defection law.
