SC Asks Petitioner Challenging GST on Hand Sanitizers to Approach HC - (19 Nov 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Supreme Court has required the petitioner challenging the levy of Goods and Services Tax on hand sanitisers under the same Tariff Heading as insecticides etc to approach the High Court.
