Bombay HC Directs Toll Operators to Deposit Rs.10 Lakh as Cost to Tata Memorial Hospital - (10 Nov 2020)

Bombay High Court has dismissed writ petitions filed by toll operator infrastructure companies seeking directions to provide for a dispute resolution mechanism through Arbitration regarding contracts they entered into with Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited, imposed a cost of Rs.10 lakh and directed the petitioners to deposit the same with the Tata Memorial Hospital.
