Madras HC: Property Cannot be Sold While GST Proceedings are Pending - (10 Nov 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Madras High Court has directed Authority to enforce charge over subject property for recovery of arrears of tax, holding that the property cannot be sold during the pendency of the Goods and Services Tax proceedings.
