Bombay HC: Further Investigation in Anvay Naik Suicide Case Cannot be Termed as Illegal - (10 Nov 2020)

Bombay High Court observed that the further investigation started by Raigad police in the Anvay Naik suicide case "cannot be termed as illegal and without seeking permission of the Magistrate".
