HP HC Grants Interim Bail to 58-Year Old Taking Into Consideration His Age and Stress on Family - (10 Nov 2020)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has granted interim bail to a 58-year-Old man, taking into account his age and the contention that he and his family members are under stress and anxiety.
