Calcutta HC Imposes Blanket Ban on Fireworks to Curb Air Pollution Amid Covid Pandemic - (06 Nov 2020)

Calcutta High Court has clamped a blanket ban on fireworks to curb pollution amid the Covid-19 pandemic in Bengal till the end of November, 2020 “for the greater good”.
