Bombay High Court Refuses Interim Relief in Arnab Goswami's Habeas Corpus Petition - (06 Nov 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has refused to grant interim relief to allow the release of Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief of Republic TV, who has been remanded to 14-days judicial custody till 18th November, 2020 in a 2018 abetment to suicide case.
