MP HC: Charge of Bank on Leasehold Plot Mortgaged as Security Towards Loan to Have Priority - (05 Nov 2020)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a charge of Bank on the leasehold plot mortgaged as security towards loan will have priority over other charges of third party, including the State.
